This memorial music for chorus and orchestra was inspired by a visit to a small firehouse near Ground Zero. All the names of the 343 firefighters lost on 9/11 are sung in this composition. Individual names are not necessarily heard; rather, the harmonies represent their unity and brotherhood. All proceeds from this piece go to the direct support of FDNY firefighters.
